International Art to Benefit Sacramento Women at Asylum Gallery

Artists from all over the world are showing their concern for both global warming and helping women to heal with the power of art during the Mail Art International exhibit running from May 31st to June 22nd at Asylum Gallery, 1719 25th St., (25th & R Sts, behind the gray fence) in midtown Sacramento, CA.A reception is planed for June 7th from 6 to 7:30 pm. Although most mail art is not sold, all pieces will be priced at $5 and Asylum Gallery will donate 30% of sales proceeds to the Women’s Wisdom Project, a nonprofit program of the Sacramento Food Bank and Family Services.
